Day 1: Addis Ababa / Lalibela
Rise early and take the morning flight to Lalibela. On the way from the airport to the hotel, stop to visit Nakuto Le’ab Church. After checking in and having lunch, take a hike to see the Asheton Maryam Monastery.
Day 2: Lalibela Rock-Hewn Churches Tour
Take a walking tour of the town to visit all the rock-hewn churches. In the morning, visit the first group of six churches. After lunch, continue to visit the remaining churches, including the stunning Bet Giyorgis.
Day 3: Depart Lalibela
Check out of the hotel and transfer to the airport (approximately 1 hour). Take the mid-morning flight directly to Addis Ababa, arriving back in the capital by midday for your onward journey or connecting flight.
